Important Notice – Unexpected Issue
The LAC Team has recently noticed that a number of applicants are experiencing difficulties accessing or submitting their ArtEvol 2025 Open Call submission form when using certain Wi-Fi or institutional networks. Some users have reported being unable to proceed after clicking the checkboxes.
Please note that the Open Call form is functioning correctly. These issues are due to regional network restrictions, which may partially limit access to the submission platform.
What to do if you encounter this issue:
1. Switch to a mobile network (4G/5G) or use your phone’s hotspot to connect your computer.
2. Try a different device or browser (Google Chrome recommended).
3. If you are on a company or school network, ask your network administrator to whitelist tally.so.
