The ArtEvol 2025 Submission Form is now fully restored. The recent system issue has been resolved, and many artists have confirmed they were able to submit successfully.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. To ensure everyone has enough time to complete their applications, the deadline has been extended to 20 August, 22:00 (BST).

Due to the large number of submissions, our platform has experienced unexpected instability, which has resulted in some artists encountering difficulties in accessing the form. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience.
We are aware that some artists are currently experiencing difficulties accessing the ArtEvol 2025: Voices from the Undefined Open Call submission form.
Our submission platform provider (Tally.so) has informed us that this issue is linked to certain internet service providers, particularly British Telecommunications PLC (BT) and Pulsnet, where access to their domain has been temporarily blocked. According to BT, this should be resolved within the next 24 hours.
In the meantime, if you are having the problem with the submission, we kindly ask you to try the following steps:
• Attempt to access the form via a VPN or using a different internet connection that is not provided by BT/Pulsnet.
• Run Tally’s troubleshooting tool and send us a screenshot of the results: https://tally.so/connectivity
If you are able to run the test and share a screenshot with us, it would be greatly helpful for our technical team. Please send it to: team@londonartcollective.com
