Lunch Break at Peanut Farm

About the work

In Sri Lanka, I visited a beach called Peanut Farm, it's a common area for tourists to go, swim, surf and watch the sunset. Whilst there, two men arrived to take a lunch break from work. They had packed sandwiches and ate whilst watching the sea. They had no interest in the surfers, or even time to take off their helmets. They just wanted a quick, peaceful lunch break watching the ocean. It really made me think about how mundane, everyday tasks, such as a lunch break, look so different to each person around the world. A stark contrast to my dreary central London office lunches.
