About the work

A small wall relief that embodies the tension between strict form and hidden emotion. From the front, the work appears as a rigorous composition of open, interlinking geometric forms painted in white. The sides that remain hidden from a frontal view are painted in warm yellow and orange. These colours are a playful intrusion, a quiet rebellion against the seriousness of the form. The work is a dynamic interplay of multiple perspectives: the hidden and the visible, the serious and the playful, the weight of the present and the warmth of the past.
