'Tumbling Horse' is suspended between falling, rolling and flight, though not fearful or distressed, rather joyful, carefree and absorbed in movement. The canvas format creates a panoramic sense of space in which the horse can travel beyond the confines of a conventional frame. 'I see You' introduces a moment of recognition between viewer and horse...a shared glimpse from somewhere, everywhere and nowhere.

Born to an English Father and Italian/Spanish Mother.   Consuelo trained at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Florence, Italy where she studied Sculpture and Painting, followed by History of Art at Christies Fine Arts in London.  Consuelo has exhibited her work extensively in London, New York, Italy and the South of France.  Her work has been acquired by various private collectors throughout Europe and the US. Consuelo lives and works in London where her practice is chiefly painting in oil on canvas,  together with collage, ceramics and stonework.
