Bohan Liu is an illustrator and computer programmer. She holds a Master's degree from the Department of Visual Arts at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Art and Technology Study from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Inspired by the game interface in the 2000s, she interprets the female symbols in mysticism in the form of pixel art. She uses purple as her palette. Her subjects include witches, weeds, dungeons, cyberspace, moon phases, and shrines.
